Live Well Senior Home Care provides in-home care by certified nurse assistants (CNAs) and certified senior care aides (CSCAs). Each resident receives 2 hours per week as part of their monthly rental, but additional care can be billed hourly if needed.

Live Well Senior Home Care Service Packages

We understand that each individual requires personalized attention and support, which is why our dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional care tailored to their specific preferences and requirements.

These services are offered within the 2 hours of home care a week included in the monthly rent:

  • Meal prep
  • Light housekeeping
  • Bed making
  • Laundry
  • Garbage disposal
  • Shopping
  • Socialization and/or escorts to community functions
  • Medication reminders
  • Transport to physician appointments (additional charges after 10 miles)
  • Observation and reporting of changes in condition and/or ability
  • Assistive device cleaning
  • Pet care/walking

These additional services are billed at an hourly rate over the combined 2 hours per week:

  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Oral care
  • Morning/night assistance
  • Ambulation
  • Transfer
  • Toileting
  • Incontinence care
  • Assisted dining
  • Vital sign monitoring
  • Skincare (prevention only)
  • Diet monitoring
  • Assistive devices cleaning
  • Cognitive orientation
  • 1:1 safety supervision
  • Dementia care

Additional services billed at an hourly rate over the combined 2 hours per week:

  • Exclusive access to local golf courses, theater venues, restaurants, car services, etc.
  • Travel arrangements
  • Dry cleaning services
  • Dinner reservations
  • Deep house cleaning services
  • Delivery services
  • Nutritional counseling (fees paid directly to nutritionist)
  • Weight management
  • Diabetic management
  • Cardiac diet
  • Renal diet

Provided by outside contracted therapy organizations with physician orders, coordinated by Live Well Senior Home Care.
